For the family and friends at the Brotherhood Winery wedding of Kim and Jack this past Saturday, there’s only one thought that comes to mind, which is it’s about time. These two soul mates have been dating for the past eleven years, and finally tied the knot on what turned out to be a beautiful, partly sunny September afternoon at Saint Joseph’s Church on Hasbronck Place in New Paltz before heading to the Washingtonville winery. And while some would jump at the opportunity to poke fun at them for waiting so long, I can’t do it, because I waited ten years myself.
I’m so happy for you both. Congratulations, and best wishes for a long and happy marriage.
